My home belongs to the housing association,rented,i stay myself,single,no children.
I have a friend who looks after me as i have poor health. Can i somehow register my friend as my carer with the housing association so that god forbid if anything happened to me my carer could take the tennancy in her name?

Very unlikely unless they moved in full time and did not have another address.

But you could ask the landlord.

Unlikely if they still have their own address.

If no address they might effect your benefits?
