My home belongs to the housing association,rented,i stay myself,single,no children.
I have a friend who looks after me as i have poor health. Can i somehow register my friend as my carer with the housing association so that god forbid if anything happened to me my carer could take the tennancy in her name? |

Very unlikely unless they moved in full time and did not have another address.

Unlikely if they still have their own address.
